When can I request a refund?

• You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

• The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

How do refunds work?

• Once your return is approved and the item is received back, we’ll process your refund.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).

Orders cannot be refunded if returned outside the 7-day window or if the product has been used.
