RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ccshiying, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility:

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, with tags and packaging intact).

Process:

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order (cc10160@outlook.com)
2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return/exchange.
3. Once approved, we’ll send you the instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Exchanges can be made for the same product or another item of equal value (subject to availability).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is incorrect or damaged).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll cover all costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
